it was just decided today, that my work is having a competition to see who can lose the most pounds in a three month period with initial weigh in on sept 1, and final weigh in on dec 1. Grand prize is $5,000

I am currently 235 lbs with about 18% body fat.

I know how to lose weight really well, but for once I want to try to put on as much water weight, etc as I can by Friday for the weigh in. Can you guys give me some suggestions?
 
with a prize like that there are sure to be cheaters other than you! Constipation is your friend....don't shit between now and friday Heavy on the salt, drink water and shove some lead weights up your ass! I would for $5k!
 
already hitting the salt, and i think that fishing weights should be the right shape no? I am gonna go out now and get some immodian

I already know others who are doing whatever it takes to add temporary weight, so I need to get creative now

If health isn't a concern... just eat SHIT all day... shitty food that is.. fast food... candy... simple sugars galore... soda.

no no, you are missing the point.

I do not indend to put on real weight, just water weight, something easy to lose.
 
I'm not sure it's possible to put a significant amount of true FAT weight on in 2 days... i don't think our bodies are that efficient... you'd shit out what it can't use and water weight will be most of it is what i'm thinking.

water weight is exactly what i DO want to put on, I plan to do the opposite of what fighters do before weigh in, gain as much water as I can.
