so what about weight training? I tried BodyOpus, by the book, did hte carb loads over the weekends, but my strength during the week was HORRID. I was weak as could be, all poundages went down, and they didn't come back fast enough over the weekend carb up!

I'm a fatboy, ~15%. I don't want to be 15%, I want to be 10%. But I don't want to become withered and weak in the process as my fragile ego couldn't take it. :P

did you use clen/T3 while on the CKD?

Yeah. I did when I was doing that diet. Kethnaab my strength was great on Mon and Tuesday. It dropped by wed and thursday and friday were useless. I tried all variations of this diet and training programs. I found the best to be training your large bodyparts on Monday and Tuesday. On Wed train the smaller bodyparts. Take off Thursday and Friday. Do your depletion workout on Saturday morning and then load for 36 hours.
 
@Mak how many carbs would you say was the most you would intake per day on this diet? Net carbs of course. Also what sort of strength would you gain over the carb up period and what was your favorite meals to say "carb up".
 
I only did Bodyopus for 3 months for bulking and 2 months for cutting but for general cutting with Bodyopus, on carb up days max carbs is 16 grams/kg of lean bodyweight on day 1 of your carb up and 9 grams/kg on day 2. I kept my carb up to around a day and half instead of the two full days. (1 gram of protein per bodyweight and the other 15% of calories from fats) Never noticed any major strength loss during the week either. I'd consume a high fat/high protein shake around an hour before I trained and had good energy levels to lift heavy. I kept my sets and reps really low during the week.

During the week I ate zero carbs. Nada. All I ate was red meat, chicken, tuna, mayo, and flax oil. I took in whey protein immediately after training with flax oil. For the load the most effective carb ups are with 10-12 grams of carbs per kg of lean body mass. I found that to be most effective. Rice cakes are great for carb ups. That's what I used in the first 24 hours after I drank dextrose and whey for the first 6 hours after the depletion workout.
