so what about weight training? I tried BodyOpus, by the book, did hte carb loads over the weekends, but my strength during the week was HORRID. I was weak as could be, all poundages went down, and they didn't come back fast enough over the weekend carb up!
I'm a fatboy, ~15%. I don't want to be 15%, I want to be 10%. But I don't want to become withered and weak in the process as my fragile ego couldn't take it.
did you use clen/T3 while on the CKD?
