Hey Mr.X
I would just to to personally thank you and say that the peanut butter diet is amazingly efficient for me. In about 7 years in this game, I must say this diet works best for me. I can say this even only after 4 days.

* Easy to follow
* Tasty
* Virtually eliminated carb cravings (amazingly well)
* Cheap

I am aiming at bw x 12 but I find myself even bw x 11 satisfies me, I'm speechless. If you recall, I have a long history of binge eating (that started half a year ago). It all went like magic. I don't feel like carbing. That said, amazingly, I even lowered my dosage of the 5-HTP from 600-700mg a day to 100mg a day and I find it sufficient. I think I will just drop it all together. I'm still taking 10g of Tyrosine a day which I might try to lower. Carb cravings are simply not there. The only time I feel like 'eating more' is 5 minutes after the peanut butter spoon. This goes very quickly. I eat every 2 hours about 17-20g of ABPB along with about 20g of protein. Most of the times I choose Protein powder, but for variation and sanity, I would change it to Egg whites or chicken breast at 2 meals during the day. Preworkout, I would eat a low net carbs protein bar and right after I would drink a protein isolate drink. Between meals I would drink green tea or coffee with splenda.

Your diet works like a charm. No need for CKD IMHO. PB does it for me. You're the man! This diet is so good, I don't even want to stop it !!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

It works well for most people. A lot of people on this board should try it, it's amazing :)

Can, you substitue peanuts, or other nuts such as almonds instead of ANPB in this diet. Assuming the macros are almost the same.

The most of a variance would be 90%ANPB and 10%flax, but beyond that I would suggest not diviating from the diet.

I'm doing it. I love it - I'm never hungry and it's way easy sometimes you get tired measuring and figuring adding and subtracting - this takes no thinking or brain power. :) heh.

I am going to give this a shot for a little while after Thanksgiving. Does GNC sell any decent protein like what I can find from the online store? I don't have time to buy the first round online (and get it in time).
