Morning cardio, and early afternoon weight training?

Going to be starting my cutting cycle next week which will consist of Testovirons, Virormones, Zambons, and Liquidex.

Plan on doing 1 hour of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 3 times a week. This will be about 9am. I'll eat my first meal at ariund 10:00-10:15am, and then was planning on training around 2-2.5 hours later.

Is the cardio going to negatively effect my weight training? Would I be better off just doing the cardio at night after my last meal?

Doing that much cardio in the AM will definitely get you good results, but be prepared to also lose some of your muscle mass too.

Thats why I'm going to take 850mg/week of test, and 50mg/day of Zambons. I expect to put decent muscle mass as well.

Watch the intensity on the cardio and you will be fine.

Corn,

I was planning on keeping my heart rate at about 130-140bpm (I'm 25 years old).

Would you suggest the morning cardio 3 times a week for an hour a pop, or perhaps 30 minutes of cardio 6 times a week, before I go to bed?

Longer durations are better for fat loss. An hour 3 times per week, am b-4 food is perfect.

Thats about 62 - 72% of your max heart rate. That sounds pretty good to me, I wouldn't get to high over that though, you will probably start sacrificing some serious lean tissue then. Good luck bro
