I just finished phase one for Omega and am waiting on phase two. I think I'm going to do spin class followed by bodypump class. I used to do that three days a week before I starting lifting the big girl weights. Something different to spice up a Monday.
My first day back in the gym. So excited! It's been a week+ since my show so I'm looking forward to hitting some iron.
I'll be starting up a new training plan soon. Maybe get on DC training again or look more into Roxy's training Max OT? Also looking into starting a new cycle of Need2 supps. Not sure what just yet.

I've just started week 9 of my beginners training routine, this week I have two heavy days of training and one light, I have just finished the 1st heavy day and I'm feeling good, looking forward to the rest of the week.

Cardio, Cardio, and more cardio funn stuff. I have recently begun focusing on cutting down and can feel myself entering the cal deficit/carb depleted state-Miserable at first but once I push through it I'm GtG!
I would much rather be pushing the heavy stuff ,its wayyy more fun IMO
