Measuring tape

Does anyone know where I could find a measuring tape. Don't say the garment supply store. There was one on the market a while back specifically for bodybuilders. I've done several searches and came up empty.

Good God!

I've won 11 shows in my career in bodybuilding and have never had my bodyfat tested in my life and have never wrapped a tape measure around my arm or chest!

Reason? Well why would you?

35 bucks for a tape measure? ROTFLMAO!!!!! I got some swamp land in florida for sale too!

i get them at IKEA ... free

they are paper but they measure

Not a flame, but if you are so experienced than you should have been logging measurments, training, and diet to see what works best for you. I have worked out and known many competitors and they have all measured themselves.

Try the local stores first. Walgreens, K-mart, Walmart, and others in the same aisle with needles and thread. I've had mine so long I don't remember where I got it.

It may standardize the tension in the tape, but it does not standardize the position of the tape. Your measurements will still be somewhat inaccurate if you measure your arm or waist with the tape in a slightly different position.
