Well I weigh about 205-207lbs now. My waist is about 35.5 inch, ugh too flabby. I wouldn't mind getting it down to 30 inches...
Anyway Progress pics. Odd thing is that as fat as I am Over 15% BF I think. I can still see the outline of my abs, an 8pack at that

My traps are actually quite largish, from all the oly lifts I do, but it seems to disappear in the lat spread because I pop my shoulders up when I do em. If you look at the back relaxed pic, you can see they have some size there
Anway I'm not really training for bodybuilding, but it's always nice to look decent
I'm gonna try and get leaner over the next few months - I need to get back into sprinting shape. Wanna take a crack at some 60m races. Probbaly end up at 185-190
I'm also trying to get my erectors to be like the same size as my forearms
