May 1st Progress pics

Well I weigh about 205-207lbs now. My waist is about 35.5 inch, ugh too flabby. I wouldn't mind getting it down to 30 inches...

Anyway Progress pics. Odd thing is that as fat as I am Over 15% BF I think. I can still see the outline of my abs, an 8pack at that :D

5'9" Natural - About 16months of training under my belt right now
here is what I looked like in the previous year - each pic 2-3 months apart - went from 180 in first pic to 192 in pics 2+3, then 202lbs in pic 4

I feel I have packed a lot more size than the picture really show.

Leg are my largest bodypart by far, they are much wider from the side than the front

My traps are actually quite largish, from all the oly lifts I do, but it seems to disappear in the lat spread because I pop my shoulders up when I do em. If you look at the back relaxed pic, you can see they have some size there :)

Anway I'm not really training for bodybuilding, but it's always nice to look decent :)
I'm gonna try and get leaner over the next few months - I need to get back into sprinting shape. Wanna take a crack at some 60m races. Probbaly end up at 185-190

I'm also trying to get my erectors to be like the same size as my forearms :D

No, still the same, but I can jump higher from a run up jump now - strange :)
But when I lean up to a 30inch waist - for sure :D

Ahhh...

Lol, I meant shoulder area like as in, rear delts, but enough of that…. Im starting to sound like a critique
