Maximum mass training for next cycle

Gearjunkie

New member
Hi guys.
I'm been lifting weight from last 4years.
I'm starting my new cycle in 2 weeks
It would be my 7th cycle
I'm doing test and tren.

Current stats 220,13%,5:9
Goal = maximum mass .

Current training method
1 body part per week. With fst-7

I am looking for maximum mass training program. Don't care about bf ATM....just mass.

What would you guys think would be the best training method for maximum mass gain.

Motivation is all you need for big muscles.

If you are on alot of sacue i would go high volume everybody part twice a week and 40 sets each body part with lots and lots of food..
Something like this

M Chest, tricep, light shoulders
T Back bicep
W Legs, calves
T Shoulders, tricep, light chest
F Back, light bicep
S Legs,calves
S OFF

6 days a week, high volume, heavy weight, lots and lots of food, you will be the hulk if you train hard.. Hard work pays off, im not really into this low vlomue bullshit, just an excuse not to work hard..

Bro it's heaps of training. Don't u think I would end up with over training?

What's the rep range like 10-12 or 6-8?

Bro I'm a low volume trainer and I bust my ass 5 days a week in the gym.
If you train the muscle to failure 2-3 sets per exercise is all that's needed.

I mean 40 sets for bi's c'mon man
That's a recipe for disaster.

I do 6-7 working sets for bi's total.
I can't even imagine doing 40 sets that's just pure insanity to me.

Lower volume and heavier weights work very very well for the vast majority of peeps, particularly those that consider themselves hard gainers.

Hey gj, did you check out SL 5x5, thoughts?

Hey bro it looks more of a powerlifting program.....
It will be good for strength training....

I'm just confused cause muscle hypertrophy happen between 9 to 12
Rep range....and that's maximum mass training.

But I've heard good thing about 5*5 tho.

No really, i do almost the same but not as much because im natural right now..

The rep range varies on different exercise, bench press, rows, pulldown, squats, those exercise i would go heavy 6-8 reps, other exercise 10-12 sometimes 15-20, even 30 reps it just depends on alot of factor, on the light day you would do more sets light weight less rest bewtween each sets, on the heavy day, heavy weight more rest, less sets..
