Max out for chest....What then for Back?

This same guy just posted about a deca and var cycle,he said he was new to gear but was well educated about training ,now he's asking what back exercises to do to keep his back in proportion to his front?? sounds like he don't know as much as he claims.....
so my advice to you young sir ,would be leave the gear alone learn how to eat how to train, then maybe consider gear.until then
give the bro's in this room the respect they deserve........

If you and I are on the ground, it means I have you in full mount and am pounding the shit out of you.

That's funny. Polish is super insecure, it doesn' take a genius to figure that out.

And for the record, I've found it's much more productive to do your back the day before chest. Monday-Back; Tuesday Chest. If you want people to help you, you need to learn your manners, or you'll be the "new unpopular kid in school". Just advise, take it or leave it. The old, "Don't answer unless you're a vet or mod you stupid asses" is good way to get there fast.

Guys, lighten up on him. Polish obviously does not speak English as his primary language. I sincerely doubt he is even aware of how his wording sounds to native speakers.

I recently (yesterday) maxed out on the infamous flat press. Before I go into my next workout which will be back. Is there a way I can max out my back and even out the stress?

Veterans and experienced individuals please. You will only look uneducated and a fool to everyone else if you are not (experienced). Thanx guys!! Later.

You are a disrespectful cocksucker.

Maybe I should start this again. My bad on showing any disrespect to anyone. I do not consider myself an expert to say the least! I am looking to learn from people who know more then me. That is why I wrote in my initial thread that I wanted responses from veterans and expeirenced individuals. Which seems to be most of you, not all. I know a few things and I threw an idea out there (towel pull ups) for an alteration of. I appreciate the responses. Later.

Very easily to max out your back,
start with some weighted pull-ups than some extremely heavy barbell rows. Do about the whole stack on wide-grip pulldowns along with close-grip pulldowns. Whole stack of cable rows. And then if you have enough in you do some heavy deadlifts.

I never claimed to be an expert. I never asked that question either. The word "proportion" was never used. Respect is earned, not given. I am not knocking anyone. I appreciate the response anyway.

Wartime....
Merry x-mas to you too big guy.

Sofageorge.....
I appreciate it.

Mischief....
thanx for the advice on how to ask questions.....and for the advice on training back....

Thaibox....
Thanx for the help...Im a humble guy...I never made a comment that I wanted an email from you to "find you".

This is funny shit to read. Cause alot of you guys have a high post count you think you're the shit. PLEASE!!! I suggested this board to PolishHammer so he could learn shit for informative people. Some of you clowns need to stop flexing your keyboard muscles and chill the fuck out already! Enough with the flames and insults. If you stood toe to toe with this dude, you'd shit your fucking pants!!!

Mischief, what's your defination of insecure??? The way you talk you make yourself sound like you weigh about 260 and could beat anyones ass...which is funny cause I read through your posts and you say you weigh 175.

Just help the dude out and cut the bullshit!!!

Thanx guys...im out!

Thanx to everyone that wrote on the post. Sorry if I came off the wrong way. Thanx again. Even the 170 pound tough guys. That is really funny.

To max out back; try weighted pull-ups as mikelong23 said, but the best way I feel is heavy bent-over rows and deadlifts. back is kind of hard to max since there are many angles and it is easy to cheat a little here and there. I personally suggect a 20 rep set of deads to give back girth....

and watch it now with 170lbs comment, there is no need to slander on weight basis alone. i'm only 187 now, then again I'm 5'7-8 at 7-9%
