1800... 2000 calories... I think you need to eat more. VERY low cals could be contributing to the headaches as well.

Joints achy = eat more healthy fats (unless your taking some weird supplements, lol... i've had achy joints from some crap I've tried OTC before)

Keep it mind you are your own worst critic when it comes to progress, chances are others will see your progress even if you don't... that helps you realize, "oh yeah, I do see that cut, those lines, those lats, OMG a 4 pack! That wasn't there before! "...

Bunny is always right bro. I was umming and arring about posting my pics but in the end i thought fuck it as Bunny said it pushes you more and gives you more incentive to do well. It also very nice to see when you put picture to picture the diffrence that you have made its generally more than you think. Keep uup the good work bro.

I've been playing with diff amounts of cals to see how i feel. B4 i got hurt i was taking in around 2500 and i felt like i was stuffing myself. I have some mental block i think saying "You're cutting, eat less".
 
so i only got down 1200 cals today, this flu is kicking my ass big time. I dont have the energy to lift or do cardio today, gonna go to bed early and get my rest. Been a lot of water, had 1 32oz gatorade. Will try to get in a protien shake b4 bed.
 
Ok... gotcha, Yeah i hear that... on my first cut... i was the same way...

Chicken, veggies, olive oil and sea salt became my best friend lol.

Definetly try to get a couple shakes down and up the protein ... throw down some vitamins before bed too..

Bunny is the queen of right lol! I will post them in a few weeks and get some comparison feed back, i need somthing to compare to 1st though :)
