7am: 5 egg whites,1 yolk, 4oz. ground turkey
9am: Shake
11am: 1 can tuna, 1 serving of reduced fat wheat thins (16 crakers)
1pm: 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1med chicken breat, 1tbs of fat free italian dress
3pm: shake, 1 cup cottage cheez
6pm: 1 cup of cheerios, 1 banana, 1/2 cup fat free milk
1810 cals, 48% protien/ 26% carb/ 25% fat
evening work out: 2 hours on boxing training at the gym
No lifting today
Down 12lbs. so far, gonna stay off the scale a few weeks now and will do another BF% test in a month or so.
