Well make sure you take some pics just for yourself to check your progress as you go along, for me it was good motivation to keep my diet clean and keep plugging away.

I took some the day i started! i use them for my motivation i have them on my mirror in my bathroom, like in rocky 5 where he fought the russian :evil:

Sorry been slacking, been super busy with work!

Morning cardio: 20 (2 min rounds on the speed bag) 10 (2 min rounds on the heavy bag)

7am: 5 egg whites,1 yolk, 4oz. ground turkey
9am: Shake
11am: 1 can tuna, 1 serving of reduced fat wheat thins (16 crakers)
1pm: 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1med chicken breat, 1tbs of fat free italian dress
3pm: shake, 1 cup cottage cheez
6pm: 1 cup of cheerios, 1 banana, 1/2 cup fat free milk

1810 cals, 48% protien/ 26% carb/ 25% fat

evening work out: 2 hours on boxing training at the gym

No lifting today

Down 12lbs. so far, gonna stay off the scale a few weeks now and will do another BF% test in a month or so.
 
No morning cardio today (slept in :0)

8am: 1 cup cheerios, 1 cup 2% milk, 1 banana
10pm: protien shake
12pm: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 serving reduced fat wheat thins
2pm:10oz of top round, 2 cups of romaine
4pm: 1 large potato

Work out:

Chest x3 13-15 reps (120 second rest period)
Back x3 "
Bicep x3 "
calf x3 "

25 mins bike
20 mins stair climber

7pm: 1 large chix breast, 1 can tuna
9pm: protien shake

todays numbers:
cals 2000
ratio 57/20/23
 
I've been getting a ton of headaches/migraines the past 2 weeks, really bad this week. Joints i've noticed have been super sore as well! Never have had these problems in the past, maybe i'm just getting old eh?
 
Ugh, me and my wife are both sick with the flu. I have 0 energy and no desire to touch food. I am going to try to get my lifting in, and skip the cardio. I might just take the day off from work, feel like ass.

8am: 1 cup of oats, 1 tbs brown sugar, 1/2 cup fat free milk

Post whatever else i can stomache tonight~

GREAT JOB with the lifestyle change. Congrats with the wonderful family as well, you are blessed yes. :)

You'd be surprised how motivating it is posting pics, no room for failure or turning back, that's for sure. It's even harder for people to post face pics & you already did that. ;)

Keep it mind you are your own worst critic when it comes to progress, chances are others will see your progress even if you don't... that helps you realize, "oh yeah, I do see that cut, those lines, those lats, OMG a 4 pack! That wasn't there before! "...

When you're ready though ... Best wishes & success for you :rose:
