Low GI foods

Well...how about you give me an example of your diet? Just so I can see what carbs you eat.

Same for you QT. Please.
 
Carth most would die on the limited amount of carbs I am on it is mostly green veggies right now. Right before lifting I will have a high gi carb like gatoraid or some rice cakes only about 20 grams the rest of my carbs that a minimal are green veggies only eating around 40-60 grams a day with a carb up of a woping 80-120 every 4 or 5th day.

How the hell do you do it? I would pass out on that low of carb intake.

I function rather well I kind get bitchy around the 4th or 5th day but yeah I only do this when cutting. If I am not cutting I will have whole wheat bread now and then and pasta a lot more often. I will be frank nothing is real off limits when I am not cutting. It is the timing of when I eat that matters I often have something high GI right before lifting.
 
lol... you don't want to know what i'm eating right now.

I'm bulking (making it more of clean one than a dirty one, but I try not to restrict myself when i'm craving something) :evil:

When i'm being super clean...

it's lean meats
veggies
sweet 'tatoes
oats
olive oil
anpb
whey
water
water
water

... and then I go nutzo for a little while, lol
