Need to know if stone ground wheat bread is good. And cereals?? Any good low GI?
i don't know about the stone ground off the top of my head. but cereals... read the ingredients and if they have ingredients (1 or 2 total) that you can read...it's usually good, lol... the nasty tasting crunchy stuff, ect.

Kashi Go lean... comes to mind off the top of my dome.

I sent to the supermarket and read up on that Kashi stuff. And I saw sugars on it. And I think High fructose corn syrup?? Not too sure.

Carth IMO best low GI carbs are oats, brown rice, yams the least processed is always the best. Yeah you can have whole wheat and or brown bread but those have been processed like crazy not the best choices IMO.

So never ever ever never bread? Not even stone ground whole wheat bread? Just seems like there are so few foods ( carb choices ) to choose from. It does get a little sickening eating oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatos after a while.
