low fat sour cream..who uses it?

im getting tired of salsa to go with my chicken breasts and rice...is low fat sour cream bad?

Depends on the brand.....FF Breakstone's is pretty good & so is Penn Maid, depending on where you are....the store brands are usually crappy.....get a small container & see which you like

Also I like the "whipped" ff cottage cheese -- it's thick like a spread & it's good on different foods.....

Oh, and a spoonful of FF/LF sour cream along with a spoonful of LF/FF mayo mixed into canned chix or tuna adds a little more flavor......

I eat non fat sour cream, its not bad at all.
