It has been 6 weeks now since I have stopped using r-ala in my diet, and I have lost WAY more fat than I was losing while taking it. I have not changed anything in my diet, exercise, or supplement regime except cutting out r-ala with my carbohydrate meals. Before I was wondering why I was not losing any fat, why I seemed to look puffier, now I know.
