Help me
I need to know the best way to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks
As it is now i'm low in weight and low in bodyfat
i'm 135lbs now and 7%bf
but i might need to meet 130lbs to fight some guy in a semi pro thai boxing fight in 2 weeks
It could be a Great opportunity to fight in my home town on a huge show and whup ass
as it is now i train hard, twice a day and wear alot of layers when i train, i take dandelion root and keep carbs around 150g a day to fuel my workouts
Firstly does anyone think it's safely possible for me to lose anymore and so quickly?
Is there a way to lose the weight and minimize muscle loss?
my diet at the moment looks like this:
HIIT cardio + Shaddow boxing + Situps/pressups
1) Oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 1 scoop whey
2) Salmon + Salad
3) Tuna + Veggies + tbsp Flax
Training 15mins skipping, 30 Minutes padwork/sparring, bagwork and stretching for another 45 minutes
4) Post Workout Shake (50g glucose, 25g HWP)
5) Oatmeal/sweet potato + Miceller protein shake (1 hour after pw shake)
About 5litres of water a day
supplementing with:
Creatine
Multi vits+minerals
ECA
Glucosomine+Chondrotin
Any and all advice will be much appreciated
