Looking for ultimate cutting dieting strategy proportional to body weight / bfa.

I know calories are proportional based on weight, but Im looking for the ultimate and most advanced way to achieve ultimate fat lost with minimal muscle loss in the shortest amount of time. I havent been on here a while and Im seeing infinite strategies but none of them are really reigning as superior to the other. Can anyone here attest to the ULTIMATE cutting diet that can be broken down by weight/bfa and easily adjusted based on user weight / bfa. I guess Im looking for formulas... Im about a 190lb guy 18% bfa.. would love to be 180 and 6-7% bfa and want to do it in 2 - 3 months. Any suggestions much appreciated and karma to you.
 
i just lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks with a little muscle loss and went down from 17% bf to 13-14%bf, and all i did was to stick to my diet and not eating anything at all in between meals.

the ultimate cutting regiment is the one that you figure out for yourself by trial and error. pick what seems like it would work the best for you and start the process. keep a detailed log. if it where as simple as you think the olympians would shurely know about it and they would all come in perfect every year.

Well i wasn't talking of a specific diet, but this is what i'm eating right now:

Get up: Whey prot shake 40gr W/ water.

1rst meal:

5 whole eggs
1 cup of white rice
1 cup of mix veggies
1 apple
1 cap multi v

2nd meal: (post workout)

40gr Whey prot shake w/ water
1 can of tuna fish
1 cup of pasta (w/ tomatoe sauce)

3rd meal:
250gr chicken
1 boiled potatoe
1cup of mix veggies

4th meal:
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup oatmeal
20 gr prot
1 banana
1/2 handfull of nuts
(all mix in the yogurt)

5th meal:
250gr Chicken
1 cup of mix veggies.

I cook eggs and chicken with olive oil, and sometimes i trade chicken for red meat (same amount).
Stats:
Age 31
Weight 182
Hight 6 feet
Bf% 12% used to be 17%
And this is all i eat, nothing else in between meals.
