I know calories are proportional based on weight, but Im looking for the ultimate and most advanced way to achieve ultimate fat lost with minimal muscle loss in the shortest amount of time. I havent been on here a while and Im seeing infinite strategies but none of them are really reigning as superior to the other. Can anyone here attest to the ULTIMATE cutting diet that can be broken down by weight/bfa and easily adjusted based on user weight / bfa. I guess Im looking for formulas... Im about a 190lb guy 18% bfa.. would love to be 180 and 6-7% bfa and want to do it in 2 - 3 months. Any suggestions much appreciated and karma to you.
