Today i found in my gym that exact trap bar, cept without hte rust. I'll give the baby a try on shoulders day. Seems to be collecting dust now.

its a trap bar. and man do i wish my gym had one, they are awesome for shrugs, work the grip rather well too.

yeah man, we have one at the Gold's where I work out, and I've never seen anyone else use it, but I think it's killer

i'll use it in the same place where i'm the only one doing deads, too

Haha that's funny. Yeah i just joined a new gym recently, and just like my old one, don't see people doing deads. Squats are seen all the time though unlike my last one. Guys here are still h uge though.
