Liquid Veg??

I was just lookin through another thread and a bro mentioned liquid veg.

I went through a phase years ago off juicing veg but the waste, mess and lack of fibre put me off.

Anyone got any paletable recipes/ methods of making some form of liquid veg drink which still contains the fibre?

Or maybe a veg and fruit mix??

This is ironic. I know someone that just got an industrial mixer and he's making all kinds of stuff. From what i gather he puts in kale, spinach, carrots, and adds lemon flavoring. The thing completely liquifies the vegetables.

Does this kill the fiber in the vegetables? I've never thought of it.

Let me know what you guys think about this subject. I made a juice of carrots, spinach, celery, lettuce, cucumber, tomotoes and added a little natural honey. It didn't taste as bad as I thought it would. I ran it by a nutritionist at my gym this morning and she mentioned that this was okay as long as I added veggies of all colors to make sure that I was getting all of the proper nutrients.
