a while back some one asked how to get rid of love handles and this was suggested but noone except for two people have used it and they had very good things to say about it. i have done as much research as i could but was not that successful so i decided to give it a try,, has anyone ever used this or know how good it works? i will keep a journal and post so i can let everyone see if it really works
