Can't thank everyone enough for all your input. I will get my log together this week and everything written out. So excited to be accepted into the elite family, really looking forward to this journey.

Also could I get some suggestions on a great all in one daily vitamin or a vitamin stack as well as an amazing greens supplement? I'm so out of the loop over the years. Things have changed so damn much in such a short amount of time. I use to love isopure protein, with the low carbon count. Not a huge protein drink person, as I think it's been misleading over the years of the amounts to take in, and never ending list of brands these days. Thanks
