Not sure the response ill get but I have issues consuming food, Im educated very well in this sport all around, my question I know its been said just consuming shakes is no where near as effective as consuming solid foods but, I drink 5 a day but they are whey,casien,3 raw eggs ,milk, oats, penutbutter,etc.. I consume the right carbohydrates at the right times and I eat a quarter pound of beef at dinner... Please criticise me constructively I'm asking here because out of any of the forums I'm a member this is filled with the best.. I never recieve a solid answer as to this with me arguing drinking whole foods

No clue, never tried. How has it been working for you! If it aint broke... I do know its frownd upon in our world.

I will bite. Please give example of your schedule and more detailed day diet. 5 shakes way to much shakes. I think. But, need more info
 
I mean I'm 6'3 250 at 15% but I wana know if there's anyway
This is holding me back in a digestive track I've asked drs no one knows
 
I get that but its not like shakes.. what I mean is 3 of them only include powders pre post and b4 bed the others are eggs 3 yolks 4 whites rolled oates then my beef meal. I understand slamin 5 whey shakes is obviously not at all good but basically I'm drinking whole meals blended.
 
Wake up 30 whey 30 casein creatine ,glut, multi, fish oil, arg,beta, aminos, banana and pb, gatoraide prime, 1 mr then my workout post is basically the same, then 3 whole eggs 4 whites with oats, 3 hours later same then 12oz beef with sweet potato for dinner 30 casien before with handfull of almonds sleep 5 hours then another casien then wake up 4 hours later start again supplementing all day with aminos

Well 3 shakes are the max I think. But what I don't see is veggies. You say a whole food blend. Unless you are Jack Lalane wh oases the food processor and blends all the veggies and shit together. I eat broccoli once a day And other fruits and veggies. Big believer in eating. I am 6"5" and range 240 to 265 lbs. I could not keep up with routine or gain if I didn't eat like hell. Hopefully some of the other guys will jump on this. But solid food is key. Shakes are just to add in extra for help. Just my opinion
 
I take in a lot of dim which equals mass amounts of broc. And I eat sweet potatoes at night and mix it up with mixed sometimes and 3 of my shakes are powders the others have none depending on the day and time of day my shakes can add up to 600 calories. I agree like I said I want to be criticised. But what I'm saying is if I scramble my eggs and cook the oatmeal and eat the banana is it any dif
