I think it was a combo of Diego being skilled and Josh R. fighting horribly. He psyched himself out of the match when he went apologizing to everyone...what the fuck? It's a competition, not a fraternity. I love his excuse, "I don't match up well with any of them" Then how the fuck are you going to win the contract!?!?

what is wrestling exp going to do when you have a guy who is mounted on you, hurling punches in every direction?

I am guessing Leben can do better vs diego than if he would fight Koscheck simply b/c I think Diego wouldn't do any Lay n Pray and that would give Leben more chances to fight back/reverse/submit if it did goto the ground w/ Diego on the top position. It seemed like Koscheck was just trying to keep top position instead of actually doing anything to Leben...when diego goes on top in his fights, he actually does stuff.

Diego is an animal. Josh was not only outmatched, but his frame of mind sucked. I can relate to the crazy stuff Diego does, it puts(and keeps) him in his zone. He seems to most represent a pro fighter. Some of these guys don't realize what kind of opportunity they have here.
Laughed my ass of when Dana pulled Bobby's card and didn't take his disrespect. I think he got cheated but A: He didn't handle it like a pro, and B:He DID leave it in the judges hands.
Glad Leben is back, but I don't think it was fair to let Nate decide who came back.
Anyway, keep an eye on Josh K's face. He's scared to death.

What do you guys think about Sam missing practice in favor of working out with Team Randy?

I thought it was inproper timing and lack of precaution, basically poor judgement. There's one thing I must say again. I've talked w/ him in the gym a few times @ my old College when he went there and he didn't seem like the jerk that the editors may be trying to potray him as.

Yeah, after his first fight, I predicted Diego to win middleweights. I think I caught a glimpse of Forrest fighting in the previews for next week, also there was a clip of him saying something like, the only thing that would make him happy right now was to fight. Tough to say who is favored to win the light-heavyweights, I think I would pick Mike Swick.

honestly I think that hes the only guy on his team not being a dick . I think hes too mellow for them , and hes a LIL bit different , so theyre attacking him .

Its pretty Arrogant to think that its your place to "Punish" anyone for ANYTHING that you werent even INVOLVED with ! The ONLY ppl whose time he wasted were his Coaches and his Sparring Partners that day . What the HELL did the other two have to beef about ? They were looking for an Excuse like a couple of baby bullies . they werent even THERE and they really could have gone the rest of their lives without even knowing about it none the worse for wear . The only ppl that dealt with it like adults were Sam and Chuck .


Frankly its the job OF THE TEAM to make the individuals ON the team FEEL the team camraderie . If theyre going to treat the guy the way they do they should expect him not to give a crap .
