Diego kicked some serious ass.
Let us all follow this new reality show and comment on EF...

-Nate's ankle injury eliminated from him the competition, but they are keeping him on as a trainer. Randy was also very visibly saddened by the loss.
-Sam skipped a workout w/ Team Liddel b/c he went jogging w/ Couture and his LHW's and missappropriated his time. Pissed team Liddel off, and they went a little harder on him during sparring. Sam visibly likes the guys on team Couture more according to the show's editors.
-Leben is back. Nate got to pick a fighter to come back and chose the obvious. Leben isn't talking all the smack though. He was more humble and even shook Koscheck's hand.
-Team Couture won the competition and they wanted Josh Rafferty to fight. Josh Rafferty chose to fight Diego.
-Diego had various WIERD pre-fight rituals, including lube/saran wrap around the body/yoga/yoga in a thunderstorm to drain energy from the sky/facial excersises....
-The fight...well.. I will be a nice guy and upload to my site so you can see it. I'm not going to keep the vid up for more than 24 hours though b/c of bandwidth reasons. Please DO NOT link the video in any other place...I am putting it in a webpage for logging purposes (to make sure the hits to the page are coming from the right place).

But what hell was was he thinking fighting diego, he even said he though kroshek was better then him. What the hell was he thinking. I wouldnt fight diego if i was him " i wanna see what im made of" was his escuse. Hes lucky everyone didnt see what is inside his head if deigo would of ripped it off lol.

josh was crazy to fight diego know how good he is on the ground ,he was being a bitch trying to get out of fighting alltogether he actully wanted chris to fight instead of him i think he gave up once he got on the ground it looked like he gave deiago
his back just to let him finish it .i was impressed with deiago he punched the shit out of josh when he could have easily submitted him it showed he can do more then grapple on the ground

That's diego's second win!!! It was nice to see some punching!!!!! I still stand by him as my pick for the smaller guys.

It says the Josh R. did judo and was a good high school wrestler. Either that is all lies or deigo is that good at take downs and grappling. Crazy Forrest has no fighting experence listed hhahah. He looks like the toughest heavy guy there.
