A good friend of mine went to high school with Forrest in Augusta GA. He said he really doesn't remember Forrest being into fighting at all.

honestly I think that hes the only guy on his team not being a dick . I think hes too mellow for them , and hes a LIL bit different , so theyre attacking him .

Its pretty Arrogant to think that its your place to "Punish" anyone for ANYTHING that you werent even INVOLVED with ! The ONLY ppl whose time he wasted were his Coaches and his Sparring Partners that day . What the HELL did the other two have to beef about ? They were looking for an Excuse like a couple of baby bullies . they werent even THERE and they really could have gone the rest of their lives without even knowing about it none the worse for wear . The only ppl that dealt with it like adults were Sam and Chuck .


Frankly its the job OF THE TEAM to make the individuals ON the team FEEL the team camraderie . If theyre going to treat the guy the way they do they should expect him not to give a crap .

well they wre upset because they felt he threw that one challenge
but still they shouldn't be all bully on him
however I dont' think Forrest is really being an ass in general tho team Liddel is just like on that high from winning so much
and they feel Bobby won his fight (I really think it was close enough to be a draw)

I think you have to put yourself in their shoes. The show sets up so its team versus team, and nothing else (at least not until the end). If someone on your team is basically shutting himself out from the rest and practicing with the other team, it's disrespectful. On the other hand, if I were Sam I would stick up for myself and be assertive.

the way i look at it is sam has gotten a shitty rep for nothing and i think josh and bobby had alot to do with it,if it wasnt for those two i bet the other guys wouldnt have a problem with him he seems like a decent guy just because he gets along with the other team doesnt make him a asshole in fact it makes him a the type of person the represents the sport well mma has come along way and is finnally starting to get the respect is deserves the last thing it needs is assholes making it look bad

With a "reality" show, the producers can spin a scene or a situation any way they want, airing comments from some people and failing to show comments by another person that might best explain their side.
I never really know for sure how any of the guys really act, except maybe the ones who were given so much camera time that their actions spoke for them.
I do know Sam took some punishment at practice though. One of the guys knocked the crap out of him but I couldn't tell who it was and I didn't tape this one.
