I remember seeing something in the bios about somebody being a ranked powerlifter, but I didn't remember who. Damn, he hits hard. Throwing effective punches requires the right body mechanics, but raw strength definitely don't hurt.

i liked that fight i think alex tapped a little quick but it's easier to sit here and watch then to be there i guess ,i dont think sam stole anything i think he just took some of the extra stuff the was laying around ,i dont see him going in peoples rooms and stealing stuff he doesnt seem like the type i think some people lost their stuff by just leaving it at challenges or in the back yard or werever were sam grabed some extras
and made sure he didnt leave anything ,and he just took the heat because he saved all his ,i hope if forrest cant fight they bring back bobby i think he's a dick but he can still fight and if chris can come back bobby should too

but I'd also want to consider bringing back the guy who effectivly put me out of the competition even if I had defeated him

Yeah I think Forrest has a ton more respect for Alex, i wouldnt be suprised if he picked him

well, that's how we fighters thing
but Forrest may have become good friends with Bobby
I just know, I think I would do that as a man I dunno if Forest things the same way and I don't know that I'll respect him any less if it turns out he dosn't
it's just, what I think I would do
then again I can also see him bringinb ack Bobby because Bobby's groundwork was a lot better then Alex's but I'd like to see Alex and Bobby go at it in straight standup

Though Bobby in his loss came closer to winning than Alex did in his loss, and Forrest and Bobby are friends somewhat, I think the more important factor would be that the reason Forrest wouldn't be able to compete is directly because of Alex.
If Alex came back it would be "reality" because the last time I can remember something like this happening in the UFC was Royce Gracie vs Kimo, and Kimo continued in competition when Gracie was hurt; not one of the other fighters Royce liked better.
But they have set a precedent letting Nate choose Chris. I think these decisions should be made by Randy and Chuck, Dana, or at least one of the other coaches; or maybe one of the owners, or maybe the shows producers. Anybody but the "contestants". It doesn't have to follow other reality shows in every way.

Bobby might be the guy more likely to win then Alex anyway
Bobby's standup is his strength but his ground work is much better then Alex's
so there is that as well
just myself I'd probubly bring back the guy that put me out of the comp, unless that ment I had to give up my 5k...
