Meal 2. 2 pieces of Flounder and 1 cup of brown rice.
Meal 3. 8 oz. Sirloin 1 cup of brown rice.

Post-workout: dextrose, glute, creatine, and whey

Meal 5. 2 pieces of Roughy 1 cup brown rice.
