new guy needs help

hey guys . im gonna be doing an eq/test cycle . and i want to gain muscle without fat . so here's my diet :
8 am : MEAL 1 : 9 egg whites , 3 whole eggs , 1 cup oats ( 120 g ) , 1 cup skimmed milk , 1 tablespoon honey ( home made)
9:30 pre workout shake then i train
11:30 MEAL 2 : 50 g whey proteine + 1 banana + 1 tblspoon honey
12:30 MEAL 3 : 150 g whole wheat pasta + tea spoon olive oil + 250 g chicken breast + green veg
3:30 MEAL 4 : 250 g turkey breast + 100 g b rice + 1/2 avocado + veg
6:30 MEAL 5 : 300 g fish fillet + 150 g whole wheat pasta + vegetables
8:30 MEAL 6 : 1 slice whole grain bread ( 35g) with 0 fat , low carb labneh (like greek yogurt) + 1 teaspoon olive oil + veg
11:00 MEAL 7 : 250 steak + broccoli or cucumber
sometimes i feel hungry between meals , should i eat between meals ? ?
i usually make a whole grain bread sandwich with greek yogurt and vegetables in it .
im the type of people who gain fat quickly . so i do 20 mins cardio ( moderate/fast walking ) everyday on the treadmill at
