i started the weight way too high, then only got out 10 pushups, then went for my 2nd set, on the presses, fucking hard as shit got 6, then 10 more impossible pushups, then i had to cheat and do half rep momentum press for 5 reps, then more pushups lol,

but my fucking chest was pumped and swole as shit.

next time i try them ill be doing alot less weights
