I finally got a digital camera and took some pics. My girlfriend wasn't around so I took them myself so bear with me. :-)

I've been on this board for 5 years, I read it everyday, but I don't post too often, especially since my company blocked Elitefitness from my computer. (not any other fitness sites I might add) :doublefi:

Anyways, I'm not posting these pics to show off, i'd rather show off on the beach instead of on the internet. :-) My reason for posting pics is to let everyone know that hard work and dedication goes a long way.

I did a light cycle, and by Elitefitness standards, it was very light.

Week 1-8 400mgs primo
Week 1-8 125mgs test Enanthate
Week 5-10 40mgs anavar

Pics were taken at the end of week 10 after some much deserved partying memorial day weekend.

Stats- 23 yrs. working out since I was 12. 5'8 190 lbs
Body fat, no clue, any guesses on BF% are welcome.

The most important part.......Diet

I work in an office so I don't eat carbs during the day because using microsoft excel all day doesn't burn many calories.

I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed.

A shake + flax seed for breakfast, tuna and peanuts throughout the day, a small shake + peanut butter before the gym, a shake + dextrose/maltodextin post workout, and some egg whites, tuna, & peanut butter for my dinner, before bed a whey/casein shake + flax. If it's before 9pm after the gym I'll have a bowl of oatmeal especially on Leg days.

Here and there I will throw in chicken instead of tuna and for dinner a steak if I'm feeling a little flat.

I workout 5 days a week, 6 if if I feel like it. Sometimes I'll skip arms since I hit them early in the week anyways.

Monday- chest + tris
Tuesday- back + bis
Wednesday- shoulders
Thursday- legs + calves
Friday-arms
Saturday- legs + calves

12-15 minutes on the eliptical after every workout.

Honestly, didnt do abs once! I've always done abs in the past but I wanted to see what happened this time and they looked just as good. If you workout your main bodyparts hard, your abs are being worked also.

I'll stop typing now ( I just talked alot of sh#t so I better back it up)
hope this pic hosting site works.....

One last thing that I've learned.... you get what you put into it....... And I have to thank my girlfriend for putting up with my dieting, it's not easy to live with me, I know......

Feel free to PM me

looking great bro! ripped and vascular- great job!!! in my old age i've also become a fan of lower doses and a solid lean diet.

nice one

Thanks! I appreciate it.

Low dose is the way to go for me, much easier to come off into PCT without crashing.

week 11 Nolva @40mg
week 12 Nolva @30
Week 13 Nolva @20
Week 14 Nolva @10

I haven't lost anything either, I've actually gotten leaner once the last bit of water came out.

I've done higher doses and have been ripped at 200lbs in the past, but it is just too much weight for my body to maintain. I don't compete so I don't need to kill myself to maintain a higher weight.

The only supplements I was taking were Fish oil capsules, Tyler's Liv. and some R-ala with carb meals. Thanks AF Store There's a plug for you guys ;-)

sheeeeiiitt. If I was built like that I would be posting lots of pictures !!! nice job bro. Very cut, It is hard to tell but bf is very low. What size are the biceps ?

arms are 16 1/2 flexed, they were 17 midcycle but I starting going lighter because @ 17 they make my head look small lol . I really have cut down on doing arms because I find that from doing a good chest and back workout, your arms are forced to grow.

I'm happy with them at 16 1/2, I'm trying to get past the meathead look that I had at an earlier age when I though bigger was better. I've had times when my arms reached 17 1/2 and to tell you the truth it's overrated. I'm not tall enough for that!

Hey Small but working on it---- just keep working out hard and you will get where you want to be. I've been working out for 11 years! I've only missed the gym for a couple weeks because of 2 major knee surgeries. One of which I got this year that set me back quite a bit.

:king:

Lookin ripped bro! Thanks for posting stats, diet, training, etc. It's easier to take advice from people who actually get results, and you obviously do. I made a note of your diet. I pay close attention to those who are ripped :).

i gotta say again man you are looking good and I can see it's from hard work. seriously, you motivate me to work harder. Karma comin your way.

bruce410 said:
u look awesome bro. what are you doing for your abs

Thanks guys I really appreciate it. Karma coming back to everyone

Bruce, like I said, I didnt do abs this time around, I focused on getting any fat on my stomach off through diet, wieght training, and cardio.

Keep the carbs for around gym time, preferably after the gym, but before is ok if need be, no more than 60 seconds rest between sets keeps the heart rate up, and some cardio immediately after training.

Do this 6 days a week for 2 months and you can't NOT see results. It's impossible.

When I get a chance I will take pics this weekend and post them of me, it is 1 month post cycle, again, not to try to "show off" but to show you guys that you can maintain your size, strength, and leanness through proper PCT,training & diet.

KW
:king:

So that is what 5-8 190 looks like...alright, I will be there is September :)

You look good, and your BF looks well under 10%. The peak on your biceps are sick.

Good work, bro - pound for pound, you are right up there with anyone around here.

Bluesman

great phsyique bro, decent size and lean as hell, nice to see someone on here that juices, and actually looks like they do

Good Stuff bro!!!

Don't think it's the carbs keeping you lean, but every reacts differently...hell, I
m now eating close to 350g a day (but then again, I need about 30lbs to this cut frame), and I sit behind a cpu (cpa) all day too.........again, nice work...........

great developement bro you have some excellent quality going on. as far as the doses go your right on we should all use the least amount of AAS necessary to take us to our goals and if your right where you want to be don't change a thing....

Thanks everyone, I didn't expect to get this kind of response. Karma to all!

My main intention was to show everyone that if you set a goal and work at you will achieve it. I've had two major knee operations, an ACL and recently an MCL, the combination of the two have taken away any chance to compete in a competition, so dieting for the summer is what I do to compensate for that.

It all comes down to hard work, I've been working out at a gym since the age of 13, and using equipment at home since I was 10, working out is a part of my life and I love it. After a stressful day at work, nothing is better than going to the gym with my workout partner and hitting the weights hard and I mean hard.

40 minutes of intensity + 15 minutes cardio = success....if you make the other 23 hours in the day work to your advantage......through proper nutrition and rest.

I'm looking forward to posting some pics after the weekend of me 1 month post cycle, believe it or not I look even better. I've kept my diet consistent and I've kept my workouts intense.

One last thing, I hope my results show you guys that you don't need much gear to reach your goal, hardwork and dedication will get you much further.

All of my friends are on gear, big friggin deal, anyone can shoot some test and eq & pop some dbol and blow up. Any idiot can do that, but how many of them want to diet and train hard? I'm sure you guys know the answer.

When I get a chance later I will post more about my training and diet, I hope I don't put you guys to sleep though.

:king:

Damn bro you looked ripped and hard as hell

impressive bis and legs nice work

Most impressive is your posts nice to see someone talk about the hard work and dedication it takes to get your body in that type of shape.

Once again it is not all drugs, it is a combination of training eating and drugs

K to you.

Keep posting on diet and training, you will not bore all of us I assure you

solid look! im very impressed with some of the posted pics ive seen on here lately. maybe there is hope after all

Great job bro! I don't do abs either, I just have them genetically. Abs are the only bodypart that I don't like to train. Luckily I don't have to... ;)

great pics bro, I dont know how you can live on a diet like that, but its good to see that you know what works for you, whatever you are doing is definately working. Keep up the good work bro.

I appreciate the compliments,

Who needs taste buds when you have abs! After a week of chicken and peanut butter your taste buds will be dead anyway.

I like to look at the shape of the person working in the cubicle next to me eating pepporoni pizza or General Tso's chicken for lunch and it makes my tuna + PB go down much easier :-)

I make the food that I eat taste pretty good anyways, I use a small amount of Hellman's just 2 good mayo + some mustard and my tuna is pretty good and then I have a scoop of Natty PB which I love.

A sirloin steak here and there, whats better than that?

I got a bunch of recipes that I use to make my food taste good.

How many grams of protein you eatin per day as it seems that youre on a MAJORITY protein diet---just curious. Thanks

Kudos to you king winny...looking tight, how tough is the diet though, do you have any cheat days in there????

no cheat days.....a cheat meal is one thing, but no cheat days.

You can't let your mind play tricks on you, sometimes you start convincing yourself thats it's ok to eat bad because your body needs it......I don't buy it.

A cheat meal to me is eating more calories of a healthy meal.

To each there own, but all cheat meals do for me is make me crave more food that I don't need and it makes me want another cheat meal. Once you get a taste of something bad, you can't get enough.

I just wanted to make sure you have been hitting the squat rack! Looking diced man!

My legs are very good considering I've gotten 2 knee surgeries in 2 years.

I squat as far down as possible, and I never go past 225lbs. mostly because of my knee, but my form isn't perfect once I go past 225lb.

And I hit calves twice a week.....I built those calves myself, they aren't genetics!!

Anyone can do it if I can, I had no left calf after hurting my knee and after getting the 2 knee surgeries (sp?), the muscle atrophied within 48 hours and the calf muscle also moves up by your knee in order to help stabilize the joints (my doc told me that) (I just sounded really smart, I think I got a headache now)

I aim for 40g protein per meal at all meals and about 15g of fat per meal, + a couple carbs that are in things like PB, I aim for about 250-300 calories per sitting and I make sure to get in 8 meals a day. Thats 2400 hundred calories, doesn't seem like much but I'm eating frequently so I never get hungry and never get the urge to binge.

I eat breakfast, 3 meals at work, 1 before the gym, 1 PW, Dinner, and a shake + flax or PB before bed. = 8

:king:

To be honest i thought you looked pretty good in the pics but http://www.solisearch.net/ims/pic.p...5kQ9Wv&i=109725 cought me by surprise. You look very good bro. Its kinda hard to see what your "whole" look looks like because there are no shots from a distance but im sure they would would only make your look better.

If you are looking for constructive criticism I think your back is behind the rest of your body. Other than that i think your body is put together very well.

Great build, you have the genetics to be a monster, though I prefer a more sleek and natural look like you have now over the Ronnie Coleman look......

This is so true! People use it as an excuse to eat a bunch of shit which is totally counterproductive. I don't even want to eat anything not on my diet because then you remember how it tastes, why make it harder?

Winny, thanks for the diet advice. I too have poor genetics when it comes to the calves, any qiuck tips or a rundown on your calf workouts (reps, sets, slow/fast, failure, exercises, etc, etc....thanks man, I wanna build some cows too....

The funny thing is, my back is really good, it is nearly impossible to take pics of your own back. Genetically I've always had a v-shaped back just like my dad :) And my waist is maybe a tad smaller than a 30. When I diet really hard I get that christmas tree shape in my lower back.

Some of those pics don't do me any justice.

I will make it my mission to get a pic or 2 to prove you wrong! ;-)

I don't mind criticism especially since I try my best to keep all of my bodyparts equally defined. I don't like having one bodypart that takes away from the rest.

And concord, now when I do back this week, I'm gonna think of you and hit it twice as hard as usual!

Silverbackn, those are words to live by. Why tease yourself with a taste of something that is going to stop you from reaching your goal. Reach your goal and then reward yourself. The reward for me is the finished product, not really the food.

Arnold smoked up after he won the Olympia, I bet he didnt do that in preperation for the competition.

There's a pic of Dexter Jackson in the July Muscular Development eating a huge bowl of ice cream and I bet he never did that in preperation for a show and I'm sure it never crossed his mind that he needed a cheat meal like that to boost his metabolism.

Thanks bro, much appreciated from a vet....... but speaking of vets, you said "Welcome to EF" to me! I've been on this board since 2000!

Maybe I'll stat posting some more so people don't think I'm a newbie.... I do like trying to help out others and share my experiences. I've learned from my mistakes and I hope I can help others avoid them.

Bodybuiding is a game of trial and error.

That cycle looks good, simple and efficient. Enough gear to build and preserve muscle and at the same time will allow you to avoid a crash.

I would do the test and primo week 1-8 and winny from 5-10

By the eigth week, if you didn't grow, you may never grow, that's how i see it.

good luck with it.

You look impresive cut wise....nice peak in biceps.
But if you dont eat carbs you will never get bigger and grow.
Many people are afraid to bulk up because they will loose their abs. Now if you dont want to get biger...id say you got you routine down.

I don't think that you can't get big and grow without carbs. Calories make you grow, not carbs.

Carbs after the gym is one thing because it replenishes your muscles, but I guarantee you that 4000 calories per day spread out over 8 meals (500 cals per meal) and only taking in carbs post workout, you WILL grow.

Although I can't say I would recommend 4000 calories a day from fats and protein, it will work.

use carbs at times when they are necessary.....after the gym, dinner (if you don't eat it too late, 2 and half hours before bed is fine), and times when you feel really flat.

WOW awesome biceps and calfs look great!

Thanks man!

The biceps are somewhat genetic, I hit back pretty hard and that has helped, but dieting is what gives you the seperation.

Those calves are came from blood, sweat, and tears. Heavy sets 2 times a week.

Calves don't run in my family, when God was giving out calves, my ancestors must have gotten back on line for another round of biceps.

Essentials-

Flax seed oil
Fish oil caps - 3-5 a day
Tyler Liver Detox when on

R-ALA with carb meals
Thermorexin pre workout if I'm tired

I try not to be dependent on fat burners or any supplements in general. They can help, but you don't want to rely on them.

My biceps grow from doing heavy back, especially bent over rows & chin ups.

After my back workout, my biceps are always pumped up so I really just do 1 exercise after back....usually a dumbell one arm preacher curl. I find that isolates the muscle really well.

Try to go heavy as well. Rely on the diet to shed fat, don't try to do more reps cause you think it will get you cut. If you are doing more reps, make it a superset starting with something heavy.

You can do bicep curls til the cows come home and if you eat like crap you will never see any seperation.

good luck
