WOW.......I am not fonz, I can promise you that. I can't even believe I am reading this or for that matter, responding to this.

I've been reading this board for 5 years now and I have read tons of posts by fonz and have I once tried to be all scientific about bodybuilding like he has? no way. I tell everyone to take a low dose of gear, diet hard, and workout hard.

I don't have to prove anything to anybody either. For all I care, I won't ever post again, I'll just continue to read the board and that is it.

People gossip on here like high school girls.

By the way, I also don't think our bodies are similar... I weigh a lot more than him. He was spanish....I'm not. I took spanish in high school but that's about it. :-)

Here is another thing to think about......do you think that during fonz's time on this board that he signed on with "kingwinny" for the past 5 years just so he could post a couple pics and give a little advice?

I have one more thing for you guys to think about..... instead of posting this BS and spending your time trying to start a silly rumor, how about you spend an extra half hour in the gym and get the cheeseburger out of your mouth and maybe you too will be shredded and we will mistake you for someone else :-)

I'm gonna say from what I remember of Fonz's pics, his chest was much smaller... I don't think it's him.
Whether it is or not who the fuck cares anyhow... all I know is that Kingwinny has helped me out with some solid advice so why even try and call him out? Good bro IMO.

I've been on this board for 5 years and I treat everyone with respect. I thanked each person individually for their compliments. I offered a helping hand to anyone who needed help with their diet and workout routine......NOTHING MORE

I quit the board....I don't want to be associated with a board full of school girls.

thanks, I appreciate it.... I just started posting again to try to help some people out with dieting and training and to try to stop people from taking unnecessary doses of gear to achieve their goals, and this is the thanks I get.

I don't need this..... I'll keep reading the board but i think Kingwinny is retiring.... I don't do winny anymore anyways cause it's bad for your joints and I just got knee surgery.....good luck to the good bros out there

OMG, I thought I was the only one who thought this might be Fonz. There ARE many differences and similarities, though. It could go either way.

Look at this guy's chin. The way abs are formed have slight differences. Everyone knows that the shape of your abs are difficult if not impossible to change. The size of his chest is bigger than Fonz' however his chest has almost the exact same SHAPE. Look at the center portion of his chest.

All in all, I think the amount of similarities make kingwinny liable to prove that he isn't Fonz. There has NEVER been a member on this website that has lied more than Fonz, ever. The bio-rocket chemist that works for the SAS or some shit should never be allowed to participate in this website ever again. There is no way of knowing if the information that he presented is indeed true, as a lot of it has been proven false.

Kingwinny, prove that you are not Fonz. Show your face and everyone will leave you alone. If you have nothing to hide then WHY WOULD YOU CARE? :) I think many people would give you a great deal of respect if you actually proved to them that you weren't Fonz. ;)

First of all, I can't speak for anyone else but I wasn't trying to bully him.

Second, I just really want to know if this is Fonz or not. Fonz has had multiple identities on this forum, I know for a fact that under one of them he scammed several people. The fact of the matter is, Kingwinny looks like Fonz. He looks a LOT like Fonz, and you know it. The similarities are not minor... They could be twins as far as their physiques are concerned. I am more curious than anything else.

P.S. Fonz joined in June 2000, which is earlier than Kingwinny, who joined November 2000.

you guys want some prrof that is isnt fonz, thats one thing, but thats up to him to provide it if he wants it(and trust me, if he was fonz, i would want his ass gone faster than anyone else would). But the way things generally work is you guys need to prove he is guilty, not the other way around

tiger88 is correct, not to say that he couldn't move but those of us who have been here long enough recall the way FONZ was. Hell by now he would have been throwing a tantrum, mentioned how many degrees he had, and that none of us could compare to his intelligence so he would no longer be responding to this thread.

Up to now KW has been very helpful and responded to everyones posts & PMs, so for that I thank him as not everyone will take the time to do that. Innocent until proven guilty atleast in my eyes.

And for the record, needsize is correct........he most than anyone else would make sure that FONZ gets the boot as their was some bad blood between the two as FONZ abused his MOD powers.

no I do not think we are saying that, I think we are just asking for him to do so, he obviuosly does not have to. Therefor it is up to personal judgment whether one believes if he is Fonz or not.

second I agree we are all innocent till proven guilty so the asking of him to furnish pics would be problematic if we said we were going to ban him if he did not

but we never said that we are just asking, and he is free to do what he feels.

Okay, now you are stretching a bit. One person has stated outright that he wants KW to prove he isn't Fonz or leave the board. Overall the attitude I have gotten is that people want to know because, like it or not, KW looks very, very, very much like Fonz. There are many similarities that everyone has seen.

This is not the same thing Fonz used to do. The majority of the people have said something to the effect of, "It's really not hard to prove you aren't Fonz. We are all curious. Why not do it?" I don't like the way this conversation has turned so I think I'm going to stay out of this discussion.

KW, if you aren't Fonz I am sorry for all of this. You have a good physique, bro.

even if KW has physical similarities to fonz his tone in his posts is completely different. KW seems genuinely flattered by the praise we have given him, not all smug and awful and ugly like fonz.

Anyways, I'm not posting these pics to show off, i'd rather show off on the beach instead of on the internet. :-) My reason for posting pics is to let everyone know that hard work and dedication goes a long way.

I did a light cycle, and by Elitefitness standards, it was very light.

Week 1-8 400mgs primo
Week 1-8 125mgs test Enanthate
Week 5-10 40mgs anavar

Pics were taken at the end of week 10 after some much deserved partying memorial day weekend.

Stats- 23 yrs. working out since I was 12. 5'8 190 lbs
Body fat, no clue, any guesses on BF% are welcome.

The most important part.......Diet

I work in an office so I don't eat carbs during the day because using microsoft excel all day doesn't burn many calories.

I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed.

A shake + flax seed for breakfast, tuna and peanuts throughout the day, a small shake + peanut butter before the gym, a shake + dextrose/maltodextin post workout, and some egg whites, tuna, & peanut butter for my dinner, before bed a whey/casein shake + flax. If it's before 9pm after the gym I'll have a bowl of oatmeal especially on Leg days.

Here and there I will throw in chicken instead of tuna and for dinner a steak if I'm feeling a little flat.

I workout 5 days a week, 6 if if I feel like it. Sometimes I'll skip arms since I hit them early in the week anyways.

Monday- chest + tris
Tuesday- back + bis
Wednesday- shoulders
Thursday- legs + calves
Friday-arms
Saturday- legs + calves

12-15 minutes on the eliptical after every workout.

Honestly, didnt do abs once! I've always done abs in the past but I wanted to see what happened this time and they looked just as good. If you workout your main bodyparts hard, your abs are being worked also.

I'll stop typing now ( I just talked alot of sh#t so I better back it up)

One last thing that I've learned.... you get what you put into it....... And I have to thank my girlfriend for putting up with my dieting, it's not easy to live with me, I know......

I saw his face and know that it isnt him, so thats good enough for me, and obviously just about everyone else. You really need to find a job, girlfriend, hobby, something, maybe just go to the gym, as you obviously dont have much to occupy your spare time

Funny, the thing I dont understand, is how you are going after this guy like its going out of style, where were you when fonz was picking on members who couldnt fight back because of his mod powers.....

he may have burnt you for cash, but he fucked me over in a big way, many times, for very long periods of time, and no one else had my back when I stood up to him for bullying others around. So I'm a little sensitive about the whole issue, especially when no one helped me when I was almost banned many times because of him, but then people come out of the woodwork when the person has no powers
The way this was handled from the very beginning from everyone thinking he was fonz, didnt sit well with me, and left a very bad taste in my mouth. This guy has proved this in the only way he can without showing his face to the whole world, yet he is still being accused of this. So what exactly can he do to fix this, beyond what he has already done?

definitely both, my trainer just dropped me to 2600 calories, and has me training 2x daily, so this weight should be dropping even faster now

Needsize...Thanks a lot for your help, you cleared my name and kept my identity off the board and you pretty much summed up Omega's life for us in one sentence!

I'm still surprised that in about 20 posts from Omega, he didn't endorse any of his products! I gotta give him some Positive Karma for that.

As for my pics, like I said the bandwidth was exceded since there were over 5000 views of the pics, when I get a chance I will open a new account with the pics or I can email them to some to post again for me. someone PM me if you want to post em for me.

One more thing! Omega and you other haters, I must say that I am deeply flattered that you examined my body so closely, it was almost to the point where I felt violated. :-) You guys do need to get laid once in awhile and hanging out in the "Elitefitness Between the Sheets" board doesn't count either.

Omega (I don't mean to come down on just you, but you did make the harshest accusations of all the people who doubted me.)
