Anytime I have a good thing going and I’m looking my best , my bun levels are high.
my doc said it’s nothing to worry about.
I always like to be on the safe side and keep any levels in normal range.

Sooo is there a way to Intake a decent amount of protein and somehow keep hun levels down? Any suggestions on supps ?

N2guard is a really good support supplement. Needtobuildmuscle.com sells it

That + lots of water. Being dehydrated is very hard on your kidneys

You train = you look good. But there will be waste products. Looking good isn't always the same as being healthy

Doctors often times misinterpret these bun levels on active hard training individuals. If you train hard and follow a fairly high protein diet it's nothing unusual to have higher BUN levels than someone who's mainly sedentary.

Nothing to worry about if you are just training hard. If you were to stop training and sit around, the number would go way down.
