I'm kinda new to the whole Keto diet lifestyle. I have been reading everything that I can about it. It seems to me that as long as one stays under 100 grams per day of carbs(low GI carbs), that one will enter into a Ketogenic state? Am I wrong in assuming this? So as long as your calories are below maintenance level, your protein is at roughly .75 to 1 gram per lb of body weight, and carbs are kept under 100/grams per day, you can safley loose bodyfat while maintaing your muscle mass?
