If you haven't checked out Mr.X's bulking up basics part 1 and 2, give it a look. I've been doing it for a little while know and it's pretty effective. I've even messed it up a few times.
It's mostly calorie cycling, but you might even want to pm him and let him know about your "supps" and maybe he can give you a more customized plan. That's just what I would do.
