Does this look like it will produce some solid gains? Lean?

Here's my bulking plan and my gear plan for the winter....

WAKE 500AM
CARDIO

630 - 12 EGG WHITES/2 WHOLE EGGS
1 CUP OATS
1/2 scoop protein powder

930 METRX MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

1200 6 OZ CHICKEN AND 6-8OZ YAM 1 large salad w/ 1tbsp. olive oil

230 (PREWORKOUT) PROTEIN SHAKE W/ TBS PB

430 TRAIN

530 PROTEIN/CARB SHAKE

630 6OZ CHICKEN large SALAD
steamed green beans and 1tbsp. olive oil

900 PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SKIM AND EGG WHITES (SLOW DIGESTING)

930 BED

1200AM LOW CARB MEAL BAR (EAS CARB SENSE)
2 handfuls of peanuts, some veggies and ff dip.........

I'm gonna hit a nice sus 250 (500mg/week) and Deca(300mg) 10 week cycle...
I've been off for 4-5 months and cut pretty hard. 6'2...190....7%bf.....cardi daily (1st thing on empty tank) and training at 5x week in the afternoons....diet has been extremely low in fat and carbs and I'm looking pretty frail (mom says he can see my skull).....question is, do I need to ramp up my calories before I hit the gear or can I do both at the same time...also, should I nix the cardio or keep everything constant and just eat a ton more? Want to stay lean, but put on some mass...I know a little fat will come, but minimization is key!

I'd add some carbs pre workout, maybe a bowl of oatmeal with that shake

i'd also add more carbs into your 6:30 mael, say a yam or a sweet potato

don't like the idea of the low carb meal bar at midnight, i'd go for a blend + oil shake combo

tried oats before and made me rather lethargic......preworkout.....rather use fats and protein for energy.....as for my late night bar...lol...its my treat bro....I'm bulking......gotta have a little fun.........no ill effects yet....whats the worst that could happen? I have my shake about that time too.

Well the question is are you hungy because if you have the time in my opinion id nix some of those shakes and pound down somw real food. Dont drop the cardio just lengthin your time and lower the intensity I do 2dayd on 1 day off on the days I run I go for 30min at 6.0mph on treadmill, just make sure its on an empty tank so you dont use any presious fuel. Good luck bro.

3 shakes isnt too many.......many people use more and it suits my needs well....as for the cardio....I do 30 mins a day, mod. intensity.....that's plenty.......as for the empty tank, careful bro- don't want to burn muscle as fuel.....thanks for the attempt.....

treat pre bedtime? i fail to see howa protine bar is a treat lol

i like to have something sweet before bedtime too every now and then
I sometimes like to mix cottage cheese, splenda, pb cinnamon and protein powder. It can get very theick so i blend it into a paste and spread it over a slice of toast :)

if it were me, i'd drop the low carb bar. here's why - no bars are truly low carb. they contain a shitload of sugar alcohols, and although they may a major impact on blood sugar, it's been said that they are metabolized much like fructose by the liver. which means they can have an impact on fat storage. on top of that, alot of those bars contain hydrolyzed collagen (gelatin) as a major protein source, and it's completely worthless.

it's your call though bro, but i'd say if you want to eat the bar as a treat, eat it at some point during the day, and put a protein shake + flax oil before bed. or use olive oil or natty PB for monounsaturates if you're gettin plenty of flax through the day. looks like you have a pretty good handle on things though.
