and yep, did add in some carbs. Upped water today and boy do I feel it.. have to go every 20 minutes... :worried:

Gonna cut a little off the carbs but thinking not too much being I started back up with the cardio. I'd upped my cals and added in carbs without any cardio so.. guess it was to be expected.

What is a good carb amount from here on out ?

honestly...you need just enough ot get thru a workout...

I would suggest starting at 100 grams and drop a bit each week...

I'm right around there now... give or take a few grams. Gonna slowly start to drop that off.

keep it 100 grams for 3 days
cut it to 50 grams for 3 days
150 grams for one day


repeat starting tomorrow
