I do do high reps for abs usually. But I threw in the weighted machine this time. Im actually trying to make my abs a little larger. Even when I diet down very lean, my abs are just not very deep and defined. Im not going to continue using weight for abs. Just until I get a little more muscle in the area than I will do as needed just to maintain.
Going for a little more Ahmad Haidar look in the abs. Although not that much development. lol
