Weighed in today... Thought I was lighter by the way My clothes felt and the way the mirror looked... but nope.. 140 on the dot..
Also did bf% today.. not long after PWO so not sure how that affects it. Did the 3pt test 3 times and hit an average of 15.1%

seem to be holding more fat in my upper even though my abs are coming out.. also in my middle lower instead of off to the side where I took the reading (as per the site folds instruction book)
Quads.. holy moly..... first pinch was 16.0 second and third 18.0 I could barely grab anything so I just clenched on and stabbed.......OUCH! not sure what all I got in there. LOL
