So i just started a low carb diet.

I also just started yoshiburn Es and thermorexrin .

Im 5"11 and about 195lbs.
I can say a small portion of it is muscle.

Im trying to do the low carb thing, but still somehow after I add up my days meals im at about 100-120 carbs per day

Still seems like to much to me, what do you guys think??

Would I still get some results? ?

Im also doin at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 times a week.

I dont see how you can eat 120 carbs in a day on a low carb diet....if you stuff yourself to the max with broccolli and green veggies you'll be full...shit brocks and still not get past 50 or so carbs...

I couldnt belive it either, when i was just eating reguler I must have been eating about 300carbs per day ??? :p

But i am overestimating everything i eat so maybe thats it.

Quit estimating - go to www.fitday.com and log everything. What's the point in measuring if you're not really measuring?

Wow thanks alot awosme site, turns out I only had 86 grams of carbs today, and by just cuttin out my yogurt ill be able to get it under 60

The site also made me realize that my protein was lower than I thought it was.... And my fat intake seemed higher??

you shiould be eating yogurt on a cutting diet....tons of sugar! unless it's one of those lite and fit ones with 0 sugar

Well, there are only three major categories - if protien and carb are below what you thought, fat has to be higher. That's not actually a problem IF the fats are flax oil, fish oil, olive oil, nuts, nat. PB. Unless you're wicked carb sensitive, using complex carbs like sweet potato, oatmeal, baked potato (skin on), brown rice, and watching your calorie intake at a balanced 40:30:30 ratio is a good baseline for cut or bulk as well as being a more sustainable way of eating for maintenance.

I'm assuming u then mean a large portion is fat? In which case yohimburn es is not the right supplement to be taking just yet... all the threads I've read about it say it is effective when you near a low bf% and still have a stubborn fat deposit(s).

If you're trying to eat low carb, u gotta stop eating carbs man. It's really that simple. If the nutrition label shows it has a lot of carbs stay away. On the bright side you can have all the bbq pork rinds with guacamole you want :(

No not most of it is fat, ive done 1 cycle last fall and have been lifting for 5 years .

I think my body is realy carb sensitive ....

But its the only diet I have had any results on before, I just cheated to much ... this time im going to stay with it.

Today I was really carefull and by the end of the night I will be around 50 gram....
