Hey guys, i know these are usually sodium bombs, proccessed, etc. But check these out.

Figured i would make 3 servings of this stuff, wich would come out to
2 servings of chicken breast/meal
Cals would be 130

The sodium is high because if i drank the broth afterwards it would def be the full sodium contnet, but since im only eating the chicken, the sodium must be lower.
I didnt try it yet i will today and let you know how it tastes...
