I started reading the first few pages (no way I'm making it through all 48!) and figured I'd jump on board with this whole weight loss thing. Not sure how often I'll be posting here and updating, but I'll give it a go.

Age: 27
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 182ish
BF: Probably 14%ish

The workouts are a lock. I'm getting back into HST after going through 4-5 cycles a few years ago (been messing with 5x5 and other routines in the time since). Just finished 15's yesterday and starting 10's on Wednesday. In addition, I'm doing some form of cardio on my non-lifting days be it HIIT or some longer medium-intensity treadmill or elliptical work.

Diet has always been a problem for me. A couple years ago I was counting calories and hitting my macros with good results, but I just couldn't stick with it for an extended period of time. My plan this time around is to not be so anal about it and just try to hit a ballpark of 6 meals/day with a 40/30/30 split of macros totaling ~2000 calories.

Supplements... nothing crazy here. Just some Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein, some T-rex and SesaPURE and a multi-vitamin if I can remember to take it.

Oh, and about 1.5 gallons of water/day.

Great fuckin progress guys seriously. Nice serious changes to the physiques.

Since everyone is posting pics, heres mine from 4/23. Will have bran new ones this Friday.(bulking clean, so i hope to be more defined)

Ya bro by far you YOU have had the most progress. I think you look better with more fat on you and being bigger then when you were real lean. Buts thats just my 2 cents. Well I made it outta court alright but me and the family are going through some shit..... dont know how long ill still be living at the house.
