This movement has got to be one of the most differentiating movements in the WS style. THe only reason it is called a JM press is because JM made it work for HIM and in doing so has brought hundreds of liferters to a greater total. I think JM is one of the best Lifters ever , but this movement will change on a persons leverages and angles. I think this is one of the best movments for tris but as far as i have seen there is no wrong or right way to do it as long as it targets the tris and you get the benafits out of it.
