Just bought some Fig Balsalmic Vinagrette a few weeks ago. Good stuff. Highly recommended.

Ummmmmmmm.......ok.....

Pour balsamic vinegar in a small pot & bring to a boil....allow to simmer until reduced by half and thick....it should coat the back of a spoon & be syrupy....

That's all there is to it!

I think I can handle that

There is nothing more harmful that oneself saying negative things to oneself! Believe me...I was a pro! So get your superduper Jens teflon coat on and wear it...No bad things will stick!
