Back from VT for a few days....planning on going back up for the weekend again Friday....yeah it sucks to not be able to ski - but my skihouse is paid for, so might as well use it, huh?? Gave the mountain a BIG HUGE double finger for breaking me when I saw her for the first time on Saturday.....I'll be back you bitch, ya hear me??

Didn't pay attention to diet, etc this weekend -- too preoccupied with having fun....

Eh! So, so......still upset over not being able to ski - but being in VT helped a little. Got to see my ski friends - who didn't know I was coming - and I surprised the heck out of them.....

Lots of stretching.....DAMN the back of my knee is TIGHT.... Ouch!!
Got 5 mins on the stationary bike & got 0 degrees extension on my own + 2 degrees hyperextension with help!!
Also got fitted for my brace - Metallic Black - waaaay cool...

Edit: Oh, I was told today I can do Pilates as long as it's not standing....Yay! And my Physical Therapist told me I have excellent Ab strength.....

Machine Press (don't think I can support a bar yet): Warmup - 40lbs - 2x8; 60lbs - 3x10
Cable Rope Crunches: 90lbs - 1x12; 100lbs - 2x10
Cable Rack V-bar Tricep Presses: 100lbs - 1x10, 1x8, 1x10
Incline Flyes: 20lb DBs - 3x12
Hanging Leg Raises on Decline Bench: 3x15
Incline DB Presses: 30lb DBs - 1x10, 2x12
Lying DB Tricep Extensions: 20lb DB - 2x7*, 1x8*
*each side
Flat Bench V-Ups: 3x15

~ 1/2 cup seaweed Salad
Sushi combo: 4 pieces each Tuna, Whitefish, Salmon (wrapped in Nori with rice) + ginger + Wasabi & some type of spicy sauce they had

Way to overcome the knee and still keep focus on working out what you can and eating pretty good! Takes some determination and mind power!

Jens, how is your swelling? Congrats on all the good stuff in your last post! :)

Down to a +2 at this point.....not so much that I couldn't get fitted for my brace....but still there.....Bruise on shin is going away - mostly gone now....

Looking down at my knee - the left side is still swollen - sticks out weirdly & it's still swollen above the kneecap....
