1 Levorex (found it in my purse) + 1 Sesamax

3 oz. turkey + 1/2 cup broccoli rabe

Multi + Vits B & C

1:15pm (Starving!)
1 oz. peanuts

3:30pm
1 WW Smart Ones Creamy Parmesan Chicken + broccoli & peppers

4:15pm - Left work & walked the 3 blocks to the gym
Abs
Machine Leg Raises: 3x12
Machine Crunch: 95lbs - 3x12
Plank w/elbows on Fitbal & Palms on Fitball: 1x20/1x20, 1x20/1x20, 1x20/1x40

50 minutes spin class - the class ended up being 2 hours long but I only stayed for 50 mins.....I think I'll really be feeling it in my legs tomorrow...

What the?!? There are 2 hour spin classes?!?!? Geez... I hope they take H20 breaks, maybe even food breaks., lol

Yeah, I was thinking the same too! My gym only has 1 hour spin classes and we sweat up puddles around our bikes just for that.
 
Good morning, Jens!! I can't even imagine going to a spin class... let alone one that is 2 hours! YIKES!!

Oh, and your evening salad sounds AMAZING! :p

Yeah I sure wasn't staying that long!! NO way!! 50 mins was hard enough & I didn't even fully participate......

The salad WAS good - try it!! :p :p :p


Treil - the spin guy said to take water breaks as needed, but yeah - food would be good too!! and Thanks!


Roons - the floor got slippery when I went out to get water.....I'm wearing a tank top next time...whew!!
 
We used to have 2 hour spin classes on saturdays they were fun :lmao: I kinda miss spin too... and I agree with will2 that salad does sound quite tasty :p

Saw the Orthopedist yesterday........he said that although the #'s from my burst test were strong, my leg still isn't strong enough.....so NO skiing or Rotational exercises/activities until I'm at 90% & who knows when that will happen.....He said "cuz you're old" when I said I didn't understand WHY my leg is so slow to come back...... :rolleyes:

*SIGHHHH* There goes the ski season..... :bawling:
