**Whole body is SORE today....chest/tris still sore from Sunday & my knee hurts from yesterday.....One is a good pain, the other isn't....

1 Allegra (my allergies are driving me nutz!)

6 HB Egg Whites + Green Verde Sauce
1 packet Quaker Instant Take Heart Oatmeal + Cinnamon

2 Sesamax + 2 Levorex

8:30am - 9:30am
Coffee (3 pkts Splenda, 2 tblsp. FF Creamer + 2 tblsp. Muscle Milk)

11:10am
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese + 2.5 oz. strawberries

2 Extra Strength Tylenol

12:30pm
1 Mission LC WW Tortilla + 2.5 oz. chicken + 1/2 cup coleslaw

3 caps Gluc/Chon/MSM

3:00pm
1 Utz Dutch pretzel
1 oz. peanuts
1 Diet Pepsi

2 Extra Strength Tylenol

4:30pm - Left work; walked to gym

I thought about you alot today! During lunch!
I had a shrimp tostada....well without the tostada...
It consists of layered...
THIN THIN THIN layer of mayo
3 slices tomato
boiled shrimp
minced cucumber with peel
dash salt & pepper
Drizzle of maggi sauce with lime juice, IF you love Chile...add some minced habanero into sauce...
You may die IN LOVE with this treat!!!

Whats that Green sauce with egg whites??? Iso lateral high row...can u describe the exercise for me? Did I answer your leg exercise question for you?

The green sauce is made by Goya (or a diff. No-Name brand), it's called "Salsa Verde" and it's VERY low in cals, no fat, etc.....it's a great condiment....

You fit with your chest against the pad, reach up & grab the handles & pull.....each side moves independently....

And yes! Thanks for your help on the legs.....Don't think I can handle plyos just yet tho....but I think I may try squats & superset with lunges or stepups or something....

Nope, I'm a Skins fan........can't stand the Cowboys.....I did hear that about TO and think it's sooooooo funny that Philly disliked him, got rid of him but STILL can't stop talking about him......

And I like the Raiders fans & their costumes better than the team.... LOL
