8:30am - Had another burst test (the electric shock one) at UofD today to see how strong my right leg is now.....my usual PT guy wasn't there, so I didn't get to find out if where I am now is normal or not......my right leg is 80% as strong as my left leg, which is good - but once I'm at 90%, I don't have to go back to the PT office for any more tests & I'm pretty much free to do as I wish.....They also had me do a hop test - had to do this with each leg...I had to hop on each leg for distance, time & cross-over down a hallway - which I didn't know I had to do this & didn't bring my brace, so I had to use one of their braces, which didn't fit & my knee ended up aching all day in the meniscus area.... :rolleyes: I did get some validation however on where my knee aches that the Dr. blew off - they told me it's where the screw is, which I knew that's where it was....so there! Dr's sometimes, I'm tellin' ya....

**No gym tonite since I had to work late to make up time for being late cuz of my PT appt.....Husband had me pick him up some hot, fresh soft pretzels & I didn't have ANY!! Yayyy!!

Cobb Salad: 3.5 oz. grilled chicken + 1 hard boiled egg + 2 slices turkey bacon + iceberg lettuce/carrots/tomato/bell pepper/radish + 1/4 cup cheese

AHHHhhhh haven't had a nice soft pretzel in awhile.. They always make them hard on the outside and I like them soft... That will be the first and last time you ever hear that come out of my mouth LMAO
