Jen!!!! Thank you sooooooo much for the supportive post!! Yes it means a ton!!! It is hard to come back, and harder to do it alone - so really - thank you so much! So glad you are still here! I have read your posts thousands of time and am always so impressed that you have stayed so dedicated! Also gald to see that your knee is on the mend and you are right back to training! Love your recipes too! Thanks again - Keep up the great work!

My stomach is growling again already & it hasn't even been 1 hour!! I'm hungrier than a hostage......
 
i'm curious to know everyone's rule on that one...if you eat @ 1 and your next meal isn't until 3 or 4.....do you eat in btwn or go hungry til it's your next meal?

It depends.....sometimes I end up eating every 2 hours.....

Heehehehe! Hungrier than a hostage! Hubby and I say that all the time. I thought he made it up, but he probably just heard it somewhere. I'm eating sunflower seeds now. HOpefully that will tie me over until 5:30. :chomp:
