Incline DB Press: 35lb DBs - 3x8
Front Raises on Incline Bench: 12s - 1x6 (too heavy); 10s - 1x8, 1x10
Incline DB Flyes: 25lb DBs - 3x8
Seated DB Shoulder Press: 25lb DBs - 3x8
Upright Rows w/EZ Bar: 30lbs Added - 1x6, 2x7
Cable Crossovers: 50lbs* - 3x8
*Each Side

Stationary Bike: 20 mins, Level 3

1/2 of a soft pretzel
2 TJs LC WW Wraps + 2 tblsp. Fage 0% Yogurt + peppers/tomatoes/lettuce + taco sauce + couple spoonfulls taco seasoned ground beef/turkey

Blame my husband.....he made the cinnamon rolls AND while I was riding the stationary bike he walked down & BOUGHT the pretzels....I just have no resistance!! :lmao:
