Nope, I haven't. I will try asking for different vinegars now when I'm out for salad dressing....

So I looked it up and here is that recipe. It came with my kitchen aid. Funny enough I found it open to the waffle page!!

Crispy Waffles

2C Flour
3t baking powder
2T sugar
1/2t salt
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4C LF Milk
1/4C butter or margarine melted

Combine Flour, Baking Powder, sugar, and salt in mixer bowl. Add egg yolks, milk, and butter. Use bowl and flat beater to mix. Speed 4 mix about 30 sec, or until ingredients are combined. Stop and scrape bowl. Continuing on speed 4, mix about 15 seconds, or until smooth. Pour mixture into another bowl. Clean mixer bowl.
Place egg whites into mixer bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip to mixer. Turn to speed 8 and whip until whites are stiff but not dry. Gently fold egg whites into flour mixture. Spray waffle iron with no-stick cooking spray. Heat. Pour about 1/2 C batter for each waffle onto iron. Bake 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Yield: 6 servings
Per serving: 287cals, 8g protein, 39g carb, 10g fat, 75mg chol, 441mg sod.
